SCOPE OF WORKS:

* Concrete repairs to decks and ramps, columns and soffits

* Resin Injection to fractures

* Total redecoration of concrete structure including columns, walls and soffits

* Replacement of defective expansion joints

* Installation of mechanical joints

* Repairs to defective asphalt membrane

* White thermoplastic lining

* New illuminated signage throughout

* Installation of six camera CCTV surveillance system

* Installation of new Armco crash barriers

* Strengthening of existing crash barriers

* Installation of structural steel support frame to bus station soffit

* Total rewire of all decks including lighting, pay-on-entry systems and CCTV

* Construction of customer services center within car park

* Introduction of pay-on-entry and automatic exit/entry barriers

* Introduction of CCTV security system

* Staircase modifications

* External façade cleaning
