Poor external cladding looks unsightly at best, and a at worst may present a Health and Safety risk.
Examples of external cladding refurbishment projects completed by Quadriga include Chorlton Street Multi Storey Car Park / Bus Interchange in Manchester and Idelwells Multi Storey Car Park in Nottinghamshire. At the latter we transformed the appearance of the car park by replacing the existing failed aggregate external cladding with an aluminum solution as found at many Audi dealerships. This provided the car park with a modern, attractive appearance to welcome users and resulted in increased patronage.
Other options include the use of solar panels to generate electricity, lightweight steel cladding and even multi coloured LED lighting.
