The standard of our Life Care plans is based on recommendations and guidance from The British Parking Association and The Institute of Civil Engineers.

Please note that it is now a pre-requisite for membership of The British Parking Association / ACPCO safer Parking scheme. The adoption of a Life Care plan ensures a dedicated inspection and maintenance regime by qualified personnel to ensure the structural safety of the car park.
A Life Care plan starts with details of all known information regarding the car park as a structure, including details of construction, incidents, equipment etc. A condition survey is then completed from which a planned maintenance programme can be formulated.
Life care plans are active and must me updated regularly.
