One challenge facing us all is that of climate change. Quadriga, as a car parking specialist, has developed high quality solar solutions that have been designed to reduce the carbon footprint of the car park as structure.
By their very nature most car parks cover a large surface area and/or are large structures. Therefore, by using Quadriga solar panels as either a canopy or as cladding significant amounts of electricity can be generated that can be either sold to the National Grid or used directly for non emergency car parking lighting. With rising fuel costs, the use of Solar is becoming an increasingly attractive option both for environmental and financial reasons. We can also provide solar solutions for off grid applications such as portacabins – this may be of particular benefit should you need to provide a staffed car park at short notice.
Our solar solutions extend to include solar bollards for surface car parks / pedestrian areas.
All Quadriga solar solutions are designed on an individual basis, taking into account customer requirements, geographical location and building design.
Quadriga can also supply / install LED lighting to reduce further the power consumption required, plus solar Pay and Display ticket machines.
